Hi! I’m Erin, a Naturopathic Doctor on a Mission to Redefine Wellness

I’m here to break the mold of what you thought you knew about Naturopathy and medicine. With years of clinical experience—both as a patient and practitioner—I’ve created a space where you can achieve your health goals in a way that truly aligns with your unique needs and values.

My path to Naturopathy began with my own experience navigating the healthcare system.

After being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and facing mental health challenges, I saw firsthand how lifestyle choices profoundly impact our well-being.
This experience transformed my understanding of health and set me on a mission to empower others with knowledge, agency, and accessible care.

Before becoming an ND, I worked in social sciences and mental health, which now informs my holistic, patient-centered approach. Health isn’t just about physical symptoms—it’s shaped by social, emotional, and environmental factors, too.

My Approach to Care:

I’m a strong believer in evidence-based medicine, and I prioritize clear, well-defined treatment protocols while recognizing that every patient is unique. In a field without universal treatment algorithms, my goal is to create an adaptable, personalized approach that gets real results.

My clinical focus includes:
* Mental health
* Digestive health
* Hormonal balance (or as I like to joke, poops and periods!)

I also believe in collaborative care—working alongside your existing healthcare team to ensure you receive comprehensive, well-rounded support.

A Commitment to Accessibility & Community

I understand that Naturopathic care isn’t always accessible to everyone.

That’s why I offer sliding-scale visits in line with my values of community care and inclusivity.

I also collaborate with local businesses and organizations to make Naturopathy a more integrated part of everyday life.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

Erin graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON in 2019.

During her time at CCNM, Erin had the honor of interning at Anishnawbe Health Toronto, which catered to Toronto’s underserved indigenous population. She also had the opportunity to be a part of the RSNC's mental health focus shift, where she intensely studied nutrition's impact on mental/brain health.

Continuing education is a huge value in Erin’s practice, and as such, she is a member of the Confident Clinician Club, a database aimed at ensuring ND’s have the most up-to-date information regarding evidence-based Naturopathic care.

Erin is registered, and in good standing, with the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
